After 34 years of dedicated service in the Royal Canadian Navy, Leonard has traded his uniform for the world of real estate, bringing the same values of integrity, loyalty, and precision to his clients. Originally from Windsor, Ontario, Leonard joined the Navy at 17, embarking on a career that took him across Canada and abroad.
A significant chapter of his military career was spent in recruitment, where he led the country in recruiting for 9 out of 11 years. This experience honed his ability to connect with people, understand their goals, and educate them on complex life transitions—skills that now allow him to guide homebuyers and sellers with ease. Having lived in numerous provinces throughout his career, he has a deep, firsthand understanding of the stresses and joys of relocation.
Now a proud resident of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Leonard is a devoted family man and an active community member, volunteering his time at the local food bank.
